Innersculpt Studio rules

  • All classes and membership packages are non-transferable and non-refundable – No exceptions.

  • Put away all of your equipment at the end of class..

  • Reserved classes must be cancelled or changed at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the applicable class – cancellation charges shall apply based on the type of membership purchased.

  • All conditions or injuries must be reported before each class.

  • You should arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of a class.

  • If you are not physically present and have not signed in within 5 minutes before the start of your scheduled class, your spot may be released to waitlisted client.

Limitation of liability

By signing your initial contract and/or attending classes, events, activities, and other programs and using the Innersculpt studio facilities and equipment, you hereby acknowledge on behalf of yourself, your heirs, personal representatives and/or assigns, that there are certain inherent risks and dangers in the strenuous nature of the Innersculpt Studio workout program. You acknowledge that you have voluntarily chosen to participate in a program of intense physical exercise. You acknowledge that Innersculpt Studio strongly recommends that you consult with your physician prior to commencing any class. You also acknowledge that some of these risks cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries. You further acknowledge that the specific risks vary from one activity to another, but range from (1) minor injuries such as scratches, bruises, and sprains; (2) major injuries such as eye injury or loss of sight, joint or back injuries, heart attacks, and concussions; and (3) catastrophic injuries including paralysis and death. At all times, you shall comply with all stated and customary terms, posted safety signs, rules, and verbal instructions given to you by trainers and staff. In consideration of being allowed to participate in and access the Innersculpt Studio classes and studio facilities, you hereby (1) agree to assume full responsibility for any and all injuries or damage which are sustained or aggravated by you in relation to the Innersculpt Studio classes and studio facilities, (2) release, indemnify, and hold harmless Innersculpt Studio, its subsidiaries, affiliates and each of their respective clients, employees and representatives and agents, and each of their respective successors and assigns and all others, from any and all responsibility, claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities to the fullest extent allowed by law arising out of or in any way related to participation in the Innersculpt Studio classes or Innersculpt Studio facilities, and (3) represent that you (a) have no medical or physical condition that would prevent you from properly using any of Innersculpt Studio’s classes and studio facilities, (b) do not have a physical or mental condition that would put you in any physical or medical danger, and (c) have not been instructed by a physician to not participate in physical exercise. You acknowledge that if you have any chronic disabilities or conditions, you are at risk in participating in Innersculpt Studio classes and use of studio facilities, and should not be participating in any classes.

SAUNA

CONSENT FORM

In exchange for utilizing the services of Innersculpt Studio, a Texas limited liability company, the undersigned acknowledges that he/she has read and fully understands the following terms, knowingly assumes the risks, and waives his/her rights concerning liability as set out below.

Please consult your physician if you are pregnant, on medication, or if you have any questions regarding your ability to use an infrared sauna due to health reasons. NO INFORMATION WE PROVIDE YOU WITH RESPECT TO INFRARED SAUNAS, IS MEDICAL ADVICE, AND WE DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO ANY BELIEF THAT SUCH INFORMATION IS MEDICAL ADVICE.


INFRARED SAUNA THERAPY AGREEMENT / ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

1. You must be 18 years of age or older to use Innersculpt Studio infrared sauna alone. With management permission, minors 16 to 17 years of age may use the sauna so long as a parent or guardian executes the consent form and waiver of liability on behalf of the minor and accompanies the minor every session.

2. Using an infrared sauna can cause light-headedness, dizziness, heat exhaustion, or hypothermia. You should stay hydrated by drinking at least 8oz of water before, during, and after your session, and eat something beforehand. Stop using the sauna if you feel unwell. Start with brief exposure to assess your tolerance and gradually increase the time as comfortable. Severe reactions like heat stroke or cold shock can be life-threatening. Discontinue use immediately if you experience discomfort or health concerns.

3. The use of medication, drugs, or alcohol prior to or during the sauna session may lead to dizziness or unconsciousness.

4. Sauna sessions are limited to 40 minutes, and temperatures must stay below 170 degrees Fahrenheit. 

5. You are limited to one (1) 40-minute sauna session daily (not per studio).

6, Smoking and vaping are prohibited in the studio at any time. Offenders will be banned.

7. Firearms are always prohibited in the studio. Offenders will be banned from the premises.

8. If you cause damage to any Innersculpt Studio property, including, without limitation, physical damage, water damage, damage due to harmful substances or odors, or damage from bodily fluids other than perspiration, you will be required to pay a damage fee which will be charged to your card on file.



I understand that the manufacturer of the product, FAR, shall be named as a released party in all liability waivers signed by users of the product.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
In exchange for utilizing the services of Innersculpt Studio, I expressly agree to the following:

I acknowledge and voluntarily assume the risk of injury, accident, or death that may arise from utilizing Innersculpt Studio services and premises, including the use of an infrared sauna. I acknowledge that certain risks are inherent to using infrared saunas and I voluntarily assume those risks. I agree that this Liability and Waiver Consent Form will remain in effect during all such times as I utilize Innersculpt Studio services and premises, including for all future infrared sauna sessions. In addition, I agree that neither Innersculpt Studio nor Franchisor is responsible for any damage to any personal property used inside the sauna.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, I and any of my heirs, executors, representatives, or assigns hereby forever hold harmless and release Innersculpt Studio and each of their respective owners, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from all claims or liabilities, including negligence, arising in connection with my utilization of Innersculpt Studio services and premises.

I understand and agree that the laws of Texas will apply to this contract.

YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS

By using this Site, you signify your acceptance of this policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
